Refund policy

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

IN-STOCK ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS. IF THE ITEM IS MADE-TO-ORDER IT WILL BE DISPATCHED AS SOON AS IT IS READY. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT PAGE FOR THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTION TIME. 

Please be aware of the following return policy details:

  • Shipping costs and duties are not eligible for a refund.
  • All items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Returned items must include all original tags and/or packaging.
  • Returns should be shipped in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of packaging from the refund if items are not returned in their original box.
  • If incorrect return documents are used, resulting in additional expenses for us to receive the parcel, these expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and any item not in suitable condition will be returned to the sender. Only the Mash team has the authority to determine if products are in their original condition.

Regarding shipping costs for returns, they are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We offer customization by pre-order, such as shortening the hem in one-piece items. However, please note that customized, made-to-order, one piece items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Pre-Order and Made-to-order Product Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted due to the commencement of production.

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued within 15-60 business days. (Depends on your credit card company)

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
